Advisor Recommendation Form (ARF)

Please complete the Advisor Recommendation Form (fondly referred to as ARF) within the windows below. You will receive a spreadsheet from Brandi Lewis, Data Specialist in OAA.

​Fall: ARF: first day of classes-Sept 8   

Spring: ARF:  first day of classes-Jan 22

Summer I ARF (only MDSK Grad Certs entering the program): May 19-May 27

Summer II ARF (only MDSK Grad Certs entering the program): July 5- July 10

Student Teaching Application Schedule

Fall Student Application Window: September 15th through October 15th

Spring Student Application Window: February 1st through March 1st

Summer I Student Application Window(only MDSK Grad Certs entering the program) June 5 through June 25th

Summer II Student Application Window (only MDSK Grad Certs entering the program) July 11 through July 25th

Advisor Final Clearances

Advisors will complete the Advisor Final Clearance in Sonia (click here for Sonia resources). The deadline is 1-2 days after grades are due each semester. This allows OSCP to make caseloads and prepare for the upcoming semester.
