Please complete the Advisor Recommendation Form (fondly referred to as ARF) within the windows below. You will receive a spreadsheet from Brandi Lewis, Data Specialist in OAA.

ST Application Schedule

Fall 

• Advisor Recommendation Form: first day of classes-Sept 8 
• Application Window: Sept 15- October 15 

Spring 

• Advisor Recommendation Form:  first day of classes-Jan 22
• Application Window: Feb 1- March 1 

Summer 

• Advisor Recommendation Form: July 5- July 10 

Application Window: July 11 – July 25
