Attendance Log

UNC Charlotte candidates should complete the attendance log to confirm dates in which clinicals were completed. The attendance log should be uploaded to Taskstream at the end of the semester. CE signatures can be obtained through hard copy or DocuSign. Attendance dates must coincide with the information clinical educators complete on the candidate assessment at the end of the semester.
