Session: Ask More, Tell Less: The Coach’s Guide to Powerful Questions: Great coaching is rooted in great questions. This session invites participants to examine how questioning can move coaching conversations from surface-level compliance to deep reflection and meaningful change. Coaches will analyze the difference between telling, guiding, and transformative questioning, and practice crafting questions that promote teacher ownership and instructional growth. Through hands-on activities and discussion, participants will refine their ability to listen intentionally and respond with purpose. Session: 30-60-90 Days and Beyond: Implementing a Strong Coaching Plan: This session provides structure and clarity to the short term and long-term tasks of an instructional coach so that maximum impact can be achieved. Attendees will be able to: understand the purpose of a long-range coaching plan, organize and prioritize coaching tasks into 30, 60 and 90 day plans, and design a personalized long-term plan for coaching at their site. This hands-on session will leave you with a plan of action you can begin implementing today!
